Curvature visualization

Mean and Gaussian curvatures are conventionally visualized by mapping a continuous range of colors (typically a blue-to-green-to-red scale) onto the surface. In this paper we show that this could be done better, in a way that shows problems in G2 and G3 continuity more explicitly.
