Trig-aesthetic curves

  • A generalization of log-aesthetic curves that includes catenaries
  • Trig-aesthetic curves:
    • A curve representation where the curvature is a trigonometric function of the arc length
    • Shape similar to elastica (also used for modeling curve meandering)
